Business Services Manager
This newly created Business Services Manager role is for a top 50 firm who are currently at restructuring. They are changing their structure from a flat structure to introduce a manager level.
This will enable you to have a further say in business development which will put you in a good position for partnership.
Initially you will supervise a team of 3-4 which will be extended to a team of 4-5 as restructuring continues. Clients include some ASX listed clients.
This firm is very focused on training with mentorship available at all levels. They emphasise the performance of the individual and training to help individuals reach that potential.
Required is at least 7 years Business Services experience within a chartered firm and completion o f the CA program.
